She holds the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and currently serves as the President-Elect of CCIM’s Fort Lauderdale-Broward District, a testament to her esteemed standing within the industry.

Beyond her professional accolades, Monica is deeply engaged in her community and industry associations. She is a proud member of The Miami Association of Realtors, the Broward County Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors for Common Unity, a mentorship program close to her heart. Monica’s academic background includes an MBA with a specialization in Management from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing.
